两相混合式步进电机恒转矩细分驱动技术研究

摘    要:针对电流控制的二相混合式步进电机,给出了一种基于单片机、D/A转换器和其它专用集成芯片的SPWM恒转矩细分驱动方案,详细阐述了各部分的工作原理和各功能的实现方法。经测试说明该方案实用,效果良好。

Abstract:In this paper,hybrid stepping motor subdivided driving based on current control was thoroughly studied.It brings forward a method of two phase hybrid stepping motor,which is based on micro-controller,D/A converters and some other special integrated chips.The method uses SPWM to realize constant moment and subdivided driving.Moreover,the working principle of each part of the system and the realization of all functions are proposed in detail.
