Abstract: | In high-alloyed non-oriented electrical steels with the addition of Co, Mo, and an increased quantity of Ni, a very low level of core loss (W 15/50 = 2.2 W/kg) and high magnetic induction (B 50 = 1.7 T) were obtained. However, Co and Mo degrade the magnetic properties substantially. With respect to the texture effect on magnetic properties, core loss decreases and magnetic induction increases proportionally to the texture factor (the ratio of the sum of cubic and Goss texture volumes to the volume of the γ-phase fibrous texture). |
