| 摘 要： | 有线电视模转数是有线数字电视发展必然经历的阶段。随着文化体制改革的不断深入和广电网络的快速发展,乡镇广播电视站的建设出现了许多新情况、新问题,理顺乡镇广电站的管理关系,提升服务质量,规范站风站貌,完善内部管理,是模转数过程中乡镇广电站管理有待解决的主要矛盾。

| Abstract: | Analog TV transform to digital TV is a necessary for Digital Cable TV.With deepened reform of cultural and rapid development of county-township radio and TV network,many new and unexpected situations and problems have been arisen in the construction of radio and TV station.For the management of radio and TV station,straightening out the relations about the management of county-township radio and TV station,raising qualities of service,standardizing the look of the station and improving internal management are the main issues needed to be solved during the process of analog TV switch to digital TV. |
