冷连轧机板形板厚综合解耦控制系统

摘    要:带钢冷连轧过程中,板形板厚控制存在着很强的耦合关系,相互影响对方的调节效果,甚至引起系统不稳定.对轧制过程中影响板形板厚的各种因素进行了系统的理论分析,建立了板形板厚耦合模型,并在对其进行解耦设计的基础上建立了板形板厚综合解耦控制系统.采用Matlab/Simulink工具进行仿真分析,在8辊5机架全连续冷连轧机组的实际应用表明,综合解耦控制系统可有效提高板形板厚的控制精度.

Abstract:Shape and gauge control interact each other intensively in tandem cold rolling process,making control ineffective and unstable. A shape and gauge coupling model was established based on systematic and theoretical analysis of the factors affecting shape and gauge, then a shape and gauge complex decoupling control system was developed based on the decoupling design of the model. By simulation with Matlab/Simulink and practice on 8-high five-stand tandem cold mill , the complex decoupling control system proved effective to improve shape and gauge control of strip.
