摘    要:考察了低水气比条件下空速和床层热点温度等对Shell粉煤加压气化制氨工艺中甲烷化副反应的影响。结果表明提高空速、降低床层热点温度均可以减少出口甲烷含量,从而避免甲烷化副反应带来的不利影响。

Abstract:The influence of gas velocity and hot point temperature in reactor bed at lower water/gas ratio conditions on by-reaction of methanation in Shell powdered coal gasification process was investigated. The test results showed that increasing gas velocity or decreasing the temperature of hot point of the bed,both could lower the methane content of the exit gas and avoid its disadvantage effect.
