| 摘 要： | 结合电力系统模型的特点，实现一个基于CIM的XML文件编辑器，可用来有效的查看和编辑面向CIM模型的XML文件，更好地体现XML文件中电力系统资源的多级关系和提高用户修改CIM模型的实际可操作性。

| Abstract: | According to power system model,a XML file Editor was realized based on CIM,with which these XML files can be browsed and edited in convenience,and demonstrate the multilevel realtionships among the power system resources and make users to modify system's model more easily. |
