氯化聚氯乙烯导热管的研制

摘    要:本文研究了适用于单螺杆挤出的氯化聚氯乙烯(CPVC)导热管的配方和工艺条件。实验结果表明:几种稳定剂并用作为CPVC的稳定体系,效果较好;ACR对CPVC复合物的胶凝化有明显的促进作用,能有效地改善CPVC的加工性能;石墨粉能显著地提高CPVC的导热性能,但会因此降低冲击性能。因此使用石墨粉时必须添加抗冲改性剂以改善冲击性能,同时兼顾其他力学性能和使用要求。

Abstract:In this paper, the formulation and processing technology for CPVC thermal conductivity pipe produced by single screw extruder were investigated. It was revealed that the use of several stabilizers had a good result :the gelation and processing characteristic of CPVC could be improved obviously by the use of ACR, and the thermal conductivity by powdered graphite filler with a little decrease of the impact strength of CPVC. So it is necessary to use impact modifier to improve the impact resistance,mechanical and other property essential to application.
