Development of pumping unit with energy saving,high effect,intelligent is well pumping unit study and develop direction.linear motor is used as linear motor intelligent pumping unit drive system,and drive sucker rod string linear reciprocating motion to lift oil without the middle decelerate or change direction tache.Intelligent controller and in-phase transducer make pumping unit start and stop,tache,shift gears,stroke adjust,sucker rod automatic protect,job system automatic adjust.This paper introduced mainly the first linear motor intelligent pumping unit at home principle,the structure of each part and whole unit's performance.The new pumping unit has a lot of advantages,such as structure simple,the area small,stroke long,energy saving high effect,intelligent adjust parameter,etc.and a good application future.
