河工模型温排水试验测控设备的研制与应用

摘    要:为精确测量与控制模型的温排水流,试验测控设备硬件系统采用DS18820-线总线制数字化温度传感器,以及标准化产品,功能电路模块化。软件设计和程序编制采用面向对象的方法完成,控制程序及数据处理分别采用Visual C 和Auto CAD应用软件,其界面友好,操作简单,实时生好,具有较强的数据处理能力。在长江下游安庆电厂取排水口河段温排水模型试验研究中,测量控制精确可靠,达到了设计和试验使用要求,为温排水模型试验提供了实用性强、技术性先进的测控系统设备。

Development and application of control facility of warm-water discharge in river model test
Abstract:For precisely measuring and controlling tomperature of cooling water in river model test, the hardware system of measurement device adopted digital temperature detector setted with one?line, total?line system and standardized productions in industrial control module. This device possesses modular functional circuits and its structure is reliable. The software design and propramming were completed by using the method of object?oriented; the interface of the software is friendly, operation simple and real?time performance well; the software system possesses strong data treatment capacity. The measuring and controlling facility has used in the warm?water discharge model test for Anqing Power Plant located in the downstream of Yantze River, the measuring control precison is reliable, and reaches the requirements of design and test.
