完善对外直接投资管理体制 促进对外投资

随着我国政府号召企业"走出去"战略的实施,跨国经营已经成为越来越多中国企业的选择。为了适应中国"走出去"战略的需要,中国政府初步构建了对外直接投资管理体系,并积累了较为丰富的管理经验。但同时也应看到,中国的对外投资管理体制中也存在着诸多亟需完善的方面。因此,本文分析了我国现行的对外直接投资管理体系及存在的问题,并提出了相关建议。

Perfecting the Management system of China's FDI to Promote Foreign Investment

With the implementation of the "going global" strategy of our government,transnational business has become an important option for more and more Chinese enterprises.To meet the need of the strategy,our government has constructed preliminary management system of FDI and accumulated much experience in this aspect.However,it is obvious that there is a lot to be perfected.Therefore,the paper analyzes the current management system of FDI and the existing problems and comes up with some corresponding proposals.
