| 摘 要： | 如何合理确定项目资金结构对项目融资决策非常重要.针对传统现金流量分析方法的不足,从项目效益、风险、投资者偏好和贷款银行风险态度4方面建立了评价指标体系,提出了一个基于计算机仿真技术的多目标优化设计模型.案例分析表明,用该模型进行融资方案评价,更符合客观实际.

| Abstract: | In project financing,how to obtain a reasonable project capital structure is a question which the decision_maker pays more attention to.Traditional cash flow analysis method often used today has some disadvantages,such as only considering single appraisal index,etc.Aiming at those disadvantages,the appraisal index system is built firstly,which considers such aspects as project profits,risk,investor's preference and bank′s attitude;Secondly, based on computer emulation technique,a multi_objective optimization model is proposed to be applied to evaluate financing plan;finally,a practical case is analyzed,which indicates that the decision_making is more efficient if this model is used to decide project capital structure. |
