摘    要:通过恒电位沉积羟基磷灰石研究了其成核动力学,不同电位下的暂态i-t曲线不同,但是发现在不同的电位下,其i-t^1/2曲线都呈直线关系,呈三维瞬时成核。晶体的生长速率随着外加电位的负移而增大,可见外加电位对晶体的生长具有显著的作用。

Abstract:The nucleation mechanism and kinetics of HAP by electrodeposition was studied through constant -potential experiments. The results showed that there were differenti-t transient curves at different potential. However,it was found that linear relationship existed between i-t^1/2 at different potential with three-dimensional instantaneous nucleation. Crystal is grown faster with the negative shift of the additional potential,indicating that additional potential plays a remarkable role in the crystal growth.
