摘    要:以在椭圆孔型中轧制方坯为例,采用全三维弹塑性大变形热力耦合有限元法来模拟简单断面型钢的热轧过程,分析并建立了热传导、接触和摩擦等边界条件模型,计算得到轧件形状、温度变化及变形等结果。而且数值模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好

Abstract:A full 3-D elastoplastic thermo-mechanical coupled FEM for large strain is applied to simulate the hot shape rolling process from square to oval. Boundary conditions, such as heat transfer, contact and friction, are analysed and the models about them are established. The billet shape, temperature change and strain are obtained by calculation. The calculated results are in agreement with those from the experiments.
