| 摘 要： | 介绍了天钢炼钢厂4#板坯连铸机漏钢预报警系统的组成、工作原理和生产应用实践.对漏钢预报系统报警准确率的影响因素进行分析,指出了生产中存在的问题,通过改进生产操作和优化工艺参数等措施,使漏钢预报系统的准确率进一步提高.

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the constitution,working principle and production practice of breakout prediction system of Slab Caster 4,TISG Steel-making Subsidiary. Factors influencing the accuracy of breakout prevention system are analyzed and the existing problems pointed out.Measures were taken to improve production operation and optimize process parameters.Consequently the accuracy of breakout prediction system was further improved. |
