摘    要:针对一起500 kV电力变压器短路故障,通过对故障变压器运输、安装及运行情况的深入调查,以及现场故障诊断、实验室模拟试验,判断变压器内部发生短路故障.经返厂吊罩检查,证实故障为低压侧匝间短路,并进一步确认变压器油含水是导致低压匝间短路的直接诱因.

Diagnosis and Analysis on 500 kV Power Transformer Fault
Abstract:A short circuit fault of 500 kV transformer was found. Transformer transportation, installation and operation status have been investigated and analyzed in detail. Field fault diagnosis and lab simualtion have been carried out. Transformer inner side short circuit fault has been judged. Hanging cover inspection after returning to the manufactory confirmed that the fault was low voltage side turn-to turn short circuit, which was directly caused by water in trasformer oil.
