中厚板轧制前温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:为减少中厚板产品缺陷,降低生产能耗,采用Ansys软件进行了轧制前温度场的数值模拟。考虑材料物理特性随温度变化的情况,并采用瞬态过程的处理方法,使数值模拟模型更适合于实际情况并减少计算量,提高了模拟精确度。结果表明:利用该模型对16Mn钢轧制过程进行数值模拟,其结果与实测数据进行对比,相对误差仅为3.89%。

Abstract:In order to reduce plate defects and energy consumption of roiling process, a numerical model for simulating the temperature field of slab before rolling was developed by using the method of transient process and considering the changes of material physical properties with temperature. The model is more suitable for practical application with less calculation and higher precision of simulation results. The numerical model was used to simulate the rolling process of 16Mn slab. The experimental results showed that the relative showing a high accuracy of this model. error of simulation was about 3. 89%.
