提高UR、UF水平轧辊利用率的探讨

摘    要:为了提高UR、UF水平轧辊利用率,分析了轧辊的装配结构与各类参数,对立辊R值、辊环二楞台直径、轧辊标定参数等进行了优化。结果表明:通过轧辊参数的优化,UR、UF水平轧辊的最小使用直径不但可达到设计值1040min,还可减小至1020mm,增加了轧辊的使用次数,UR、UF水平轧辊的利用率提高了3.5%。

Abstract:To improve the utilization of UR and UF horizontal rolls, the mounting structure and various parameters, including opposing roller R value, two flute table diameter of roller rings, roll calibration parameters were optimized. The results showed that by optimization of roll parameters, the minimum diameter of UR and UF horizontal rolls can be decreased not only to the designed value 1 040 mm, but also further reduced to 1 020 mm. In addition, the service life of the roils can he increased and the utilization rate of UR and UF horizontal roll increased by 3.5 %.
