无污染洗井管柱的设计及应用

摘    要:根据油气层的生产特点,研究设计了无污染洗井管柱,既解决了抽油井在生产过程中对敏感性油气层产生的伤害问题,又提高了低产低能抽油井的热洗效果。从工艺的角度出发,结合生产实际情况,较好地保护了油气层,从根本上避免了洗井液与油气层的接触,减少了洗井液对油层造成的污染,延长了检泵周期,降低了生产成本,缩短了抽油井热洗后的排液时间,提高了生产时效和采油速度。

Abstract:According to the production characteristics of the oil gas-bearing formation,this paper designs and manufactures feasible washing pipe string which is in charge of the post pollution-freely.It has solved the injury problem that the oil well produces to the sensitiveness oil gas-bearing formation in process of production of smoking,improved release heat of oil well wash.It produced actual conditions better protection oil gas-bearing formation to combine to proceed from angle of the craft,have avoided washing the well liquid and contact of the oil gas-bearing formation fundamentally,has reduced the pollution to the thing that the oil reservoir causes of the well liquid of washing,lengthened examine pump cycle,reduced production cost,shortened release oil well hot arranging liquid time after washing,improved production efficiency and the oil recovery rate.
