强磁性粒子间磁团聚力的研究

摘    要:根据磁化介质表面电流的概念及电磁场理论 ,推导出有 (无 )外加磁场时铁磁性粒子间磁团聚过程的磁团聚力公式 ,该公式经相应形式变换后可得到传统磁选理论中的磁力公式 ,证明了该公式的适用性。所推导的磁团聚力公式形式简单、物理概念清楚 ,能较好地说明不同粒径粒子及任意间距时的磁团聚力特点 ,丰富了磁团聚理论。

Abstract:A magnetic agglomeration force formula applicable to magnetic agglomeration process of two ferromagnetic particles in (or out of) magnetic field is derived on the basis of magnetic medium surface current and electromagnetic theory. By the change of its form, this formula can be transformed into the magnetic force formula in traditional magnetic separation theory, which attests its applicability. The derived formula, with simple form and clear physical concept, can characterize the magnetic agglomeration force of two particles with different diameters and in any distance. It is prolific of magnetic agglomeration theory.
