EBSD分析技术在镁合金晶粒尺寸表征中的应用

摘    要:分别使用金相法和电子背散射衍射(EBSD)自动分析技术对AZ31镁合金轧制退火态样品进行晶粒尺寸表征,发现用金相法统计晶粒尺寸时,受制样手段和相机分辨率的影响,有些晶界很模糊,造成统计的晶粒度偏大。而用EBSD技术可重构出清晰的晶界,进行快速便捷的自动表征。在处理EBSD数据时,对如何消除取向噪声及伪对称性对晶粒尺寸表征中带来的不利影响进行了讨论。

Abstract:The line interception method in optical microscope and EBSD automation analytical method in SEM were used to characterize the grain sizes of annealed AZ31 magnesium alloys. Due to the problems in sample preparation and the limited resolution of optical microscope, some grains are often obscure in micrographs and can not be identified.
