霍尔传感器在轧辊速度测量中的应用

带钢生产与加工在国民经济中占有不可缺少的地位。在钢板的轧制生产工艺中，平整工艺作为板材的精加工工序，占有非常重要的地位，平整的好坏直接影响成品品质。但轧制过程中出现的振动问题引发了诸多问题，为了更好地分析平整机的振动问题，精确测量出轧机系统中的振动信号和速度信号是关键。笔者提出了利用霍尔传感器精确测量轧辊轧速的方法，结论与现场的实际测试相当吻合，也为以后对单机架平整工艺的进一步研究打下了很好的基础。

The Use of Hall Sensor in Measuring the Velocity of Roller

The production and process of the plane material is very important to the country's economy.In the progress of steel rolling,temper rolling is very important to the plane fine process.The quality of temper rolling has great influence on the quality and function of the products.But many problems come from the vibration of during the process of rolling.In order to analyses the vibration of the temper rolling mill,the vibration signal and velocity signal should be measured exactly.This paper put forward a method for measuring the velocity of the roller with precision by Hall sensor.The result is in good accordance with the test on the spot,and all of the work pays the way for the further research on the single stand temper rolling process.
