钻井泵小齿轮轴的选材与加工

摘    要:钻井泵小齿轮轴和大齿轮的制造质量,是决定钻井泵使用寿命的关键。选材和加工工艺将对小齿轮轴的质量有明显影响,因此会影响钻井泵将来的使用寿命。依据齿轮传动理论和现场使用、修理经验,从钻井泵失效的现象来进一步分析,认为小齿轮轴材料要选40CrNiMoA,热处理工艺应采用调质处理,使小齿轮的齿面硬度达到315~345HB,大齿轮齿面硬度达270~300HB,两者相差在30~50HB,从而可提高齿轮的传动效率和使用寿命。

Abstract:The small gear shaft and big gear in drilling pump are the key parts for deciding the working life of drilling pump. The material selection and processing technique will obviously affect the quality of small gear shaft, especially the working life of drilling pump. From the gear drive theory, field use and maintenance experience as well as the analysis of drilling pump failure, it is thought that the material used for small gear shaft should be 40CrNiMoA and the thermal treatment technique should be quenched and tempered treatment so that the hardness of teeth face of small gear and big gear reaches 315~345 HB and 270~300 HB respectively with the difference of 30~50 HB. Therefore, the drive efficiency and working life of the gear can be improved.
