水基墨纸张凹印工艺

摘    要:水基油墨是一种环保型油墨,它的使用降低了有机挥发物(VOC)量.水基油墨是由水性高分子乳液、有机颜料、表面活性剂及相关添加剂经化学过程混合而成.从它的组分来看,会产生一些不同于溶剂型油墨的印刷适性.作者研究了纸张在较高湿度环境下的变形特性和润湿规律;水基墨与纸张表面接触时的pH值变化对印刷适性的影响.纸内施胶度对水基墨凹印印刷适性的影响等3个方面进行了分析研究,从而提出可行的改进方法或对制版、纸张选择等提出一些要求.

Abstract:Water base ink is one of the environment protection inks. When it is used, the VOC will be cut down. It makes our environment safe and hygienic. The Water base ink is made of water type high polymer emulsion, organic developer, surfactant and additional agent. The primary solvent is water. When gravure printing with water base ink on the paper is carried out, the water base ink printability differs from solvent ink. For the better application, The printability should be studied. Thereby feasible way is expounded. In this article, the following three aspects were considered. First, the paper properties are out of shape and hygroscopic law under the higher dampness environment. Second, acid/base interacts at the paper/ink interface. Third, the influence of internal paper sizing on water base ink printability is considered. By analysing and studying, some method to improve the runnability and printability for water base ink gravure by the plate making and paper selection was proposed.
