矿用装载机装载阻力的计算方法研究

摘    要:
基于土力学原理分析了装载过程及料堆对铲斗的作用力.按照铲斗底刃的轨迹把铲掘过程分为平铲和斜铲2种类型,分别建立了插入阻力和铲取阻力的计算公式.在料堆的物理性质和铲斗的几何特性一定的情况下,平铲时插入阻力是插入深度的三次函数而铲取阻力是二次函数,斜铲时插入阻力和铲取阻力都是插入深度的三次函数.通过实验和数字仿真可知,基于土力学的插入阻力和铲取阻力的数字仿真曲线比基于经验公式的数字仿真曲线更加接近实验曲线.

Abstract:
Digging course and resistances from the stockpile are analyzed on the principle of soil mechanics. Digging course is classified as level digging and inclined digging according to the track of bucket bottom edge. Calculational formulas of inserting resistance and digging resistance are established during level and inclined digging. The inserting resistance is cubic function of inserting depth and the digging resistance is quadratic function during level digging, and both of them are cubic function of the inserting depth. It has been found that digital simulative curves of inserting resistance and digging resistance on the basis of soil mechanics principle are closer to the experiment curves than digital simulative curves on the basis of experience formulas.
