摘    要:以焦作市高新区土地利用现状图为数据来源,通过运用GIS平台的数据编辑、空间分析等功能对研究区在选定时期内的土地利用现状图进行了处理并获得了研究期内的土地利用变化数据;运用土地测算模型对该区土地利用现状及动态变化情况进行了分析,并分别运用灰色预测原理和基于时间序列的最小二乘原理,对该区土地利用演变趋势进行预测,以达到全面把握该区土地利用变化规律的目标.本文研究结果可为研究区合理而有效地利用土地以促进土地可持续发展、推进城市化进程奠定决策上的技术基础.

Abstract:Taking use status maps of land- use status map of Gao- xin district research area in the selected period and in Jiaozuo as data source, by processing land - with functions of GIS such as data - editing and spatial analysis, the land - use change data in the period can be attained. Based on the data above, the model of land measurement and calculation can be used to analyze the status and the dynamic change of land use in research area, grey model and least square method can be respectively used to predict the developmental trend of research area so as to achieve grasping the law of land - use change of research area in all - around way. The conclusion can provide rational and effective land use of research area with the technical support for decision, which can promote the continual development of land use and fasten the advancement of urbanized construction of the research area.
