凤凰山铜矿残砂选矿研究

摘    要:针对凤凰山铜矿万t水池残砂进行选矿研究。通过生产实践得出:残砂与可浮性较好、含硫低于3%的外购矿按1:3的比例混合,利用硫化矿负载浮选理论进行选矿,获得了满意的效果。解决了凤凰山铜矿残砂难以利用或利用效果不佳的问题。

Abstract:Investigation was made on the beneficiation of the residual sands in a 10000 t water pond at Fenghuangshan Copper Mine. It was concluded from the producation practice that when the residual sands were mixed with a purchased ore having good flotability and a sulfur content of less than 3% in a ratio of one to three, satisfactory beneficiation results could be achieved by means of sulfide ore loading flotation theory, thus solving the broblem of difficult utilization or bad utilization results of the residual sands at the mine.
