采空区卸压瓦斯抽采评判系统设计与实现

摘    要:为提高采空区卸压瓦斯抽采浓度,提升采空区卸压瓦斯的抽采效率,提出了采空区卸压瓦斯抽采评判系统设计方案。通过井下瓦斯浓度、风速、温度等传感器进行数据采集,将数据上传至该系统,实现数据的可视化显示和实时监测。根据采空区瓦斯抽采工艺及相关理论,建立了采空区卸压瓦斯抽采效果评价三级指标体系。对亭南煤矿瓦斯抽采效果进行了综合评判,计算得到采空区卸压瓦斯抽采评价指标R为0.67,达到“良”的标准。

Abstract:In order to increase the drainage concentration and efficiency of pressure relief gas in goaf, a design scheme of evaluation system for pressure relief gas drainage in goaf was proposed. The system collected data through sensors such as downhole gas concentration, wind speed and temperature, and uploaded data to the system to realize visual display and real-time monitoring of data. According to the technology of gas drainage in goaf and related theory, a three-level index system for evaluating the effect of gas drainage in goaf was established. Through comprehensive evaluation of gas drainage effect in Tingnan Coal Mine, the evaluation index R of pressure relief gas drainage in goaf was calculated to be 0.67, which reached the standard of
