摘    要:采用最小能耗为目标函数,利用动态规划法建立优化模型,并将咬入条件、几何条件、轧辊强度条件、电机能力作为边界条件进行球扁钢计算机辅助孔型设计。根据限制条件划分各道次的可轧区,将其基本数据进行离散化,再进行计算,直到最后道次,得到了最优的球扁钢孔型设计方案。

Abstract:The computer|aided design of pass for ball flat steel is carried out by using minimum energy consumption as target function, utilizing dynamic programming method to establish optimal mode, and accounting bite, geometric and roller strength conditions and motor capacity as boundary conditions. The optimum pass design scheme for ball flat steel shall be got according to restrictive conditions to divide the available rolling zone in each pass and turn its basic data to scattering and calculate until last pass.
