沸石催化剂提高甲苯定向氯化的选择性

摘    要:对影响合成NaL沸石催化剂的主要因素及其催化机理进行了探讨,找到了最佳工艺条件,得出了结论:NaL沸石在催化甲苯氯化反应时有极高的化学选择性;助剂无催化活性,只对具有选择催化性的沸石有助催化作用;带入反应体系的水是引起沸石催化剂失活的主要原因。

Abstract:The main factors of influencing the synthesis of zeolite catalysts NaL and the catalytic mechanism are discussed,and the opimum process conditions are found out.And it is concluded that NaL zeolites have the highest chemical selectivity for toluene chlorination;the promotor has cocatalytic action only on selection catalytic zeolites and it has no catalytic activation itself;and the water led into the reaction system is the main reason why zeolite catalysts will deactivate.
