摘    要:石灰石-石膏湿法烟气脱硫(WFGD)工艺是我国电站锅炉烟气脱硫的最主要技术,其液相系统的设计对于整个工艺的设计具有非常重要的意义。结合系统能量平衡与液相平衡对石灰石-石膏喷淋塔WFGD液相系统进行了分析,并给出了计算方法。采用该方法对4个实际WFGD项目进行了计算,计算结果与国外WFGD技术提供商给出的计算结果比较吻合。所提出的计算方法可以用于石灰石-石膏喷淋塔WFGD项目的设计与运行优化。

Abstract:The limestone / gypsum wet flue gas desulfuration(WFGD) process is the most essential process for flue gas desulfuration of boilers in thermal power plants of our country. The design of liquid phase system has very important sigificance to the design of entire limestone/ gypsum WFGD system. Combined energy balance with liquid phase balance in the system, the liquid phase system in limestone / gypsum spraying tower WFGD system has been analysed, and calculation method being given. Four practical WFGD projects have been calculated by using the said method, the calculated results being in good agreement with that provided by foreign WFGD technology suppliers. The said calculation method can be used in the design and performance optimization of the limestone / gypsum spraying tower WFGD projects.
