摘    要:以一台大型数控内齿铣齿机为研究对象,结合切削颤振稳定性极限理论与动力学试验,测量机床刀具和工件间相对激振的频率响应曲线,并进行试验模态分析以及切削试验,得出机床振动的各个频率与振型.经对比,找出切削颤振的主振频率.

Abstract:Based on a computer numerical controlled(CNC) machine tool,some dynamic experiments are done for finding out the main dynamic milling vibration.At first,the frequency response curve of relative vibration between cutter and workpiece is obtained from the cutting experiment.Then the experimental modal analysis and milling test are done to find out the mode shapes and frequency of the tool.From the contrast,the main frequency of milling vibration is found.
