自激式水幕除尘机理及除尘效率影响因素的试验研究

摘    要:为改善自激式水幕除尘器的工作性能,通过试验分析了自激式水幕除尘的除尘机理,探讨了影响水幕效果的关键因素,并对所得数据进行整理,得出了除尘效率随挡板高度及风机运行频率的变化关系,有助于对该类型除尘器进行优化设计.

Abstract:To improve the performance of self-excitation water curtain scrubber,analyzed the mechanism of self-excitation water curtain dust removal,discussed the key factor which effected the condition of water curtain,and obtained the relationships between dedusting efficiency and inside baffle height or fan operating frequency by processing the data from laboratory experiments.The conclusion conduces to optimization design of this kind of scrubber.
