铝合金汽车缸盖低压铸造内浇道设计

摘    要:基于低压铸造的基础理论,在总结低压铸造浇注系统的设计计算方法基础上,推导出了带砂芯的汽车缸盖金属型低压铸造内浇道截面积的计算方法.并通过AnyCasting软件对利用该计算方法设计的汽车缸盖低压铸造内浇道进行数值模拟,验证了该计算方法的实用性和正确性.

Abstract:The calculating method of ingate sectional area was deduced for low pressure die cast automotive cylinder head with sand core based on the basic theory and design method of the gating system of low pressure casting.The practicability and correctness of the method has been verified through numerical simulation with AnyCasting software.
