| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查的方式,调查全国68家铸造企业.从企业背景、技术工人情况、最紧缺的技术工种、企业对高职材料成型与控制技术(铸造)专业毕业生知识和技能要求、企业希望毕业生获得的职业资格证书以及企业录用毕业生主要考虑的因素等9大方面、20个问题完成调查工作,形成了调研报告,调查结果为开发专业职业岗位标准及人才培养方案奠定基础.
