校本管理就是以学校为本位或以学校为基础的一种现代教育管理理念,本文认为正确把握和借鉴“校本管理”理念及经验,对我们更好地贯彻落实和适应国家新一轮基础教育课程改革,拓宽学校体育工作领域,建构学校、家庭、社会三结合的上下一致、校内外一体的体育教育工作网络．创办体育特色学校,探寻学校体育可持续发展道路,有效发挥国家、地方和学校三级课程的管理,无疑具有十分重要的促进作用。

Research of "School- based Management" Concept and Sustainable Development of Physicel Education in School

School - based Management" is a concept of modern education with school as the foundation. This paper states that it is meaningful and conetructive to correctly understand the idea and borrow the experience of this concept in the way of implementing the new reform of basic education courses, widening the field of school physical education, constructing the net work of the combination of school, fammily and society and of the integrity of the schools inside and outside, establishing the special physical education school, and seeking the way of sustainable development so as to better the management of the physical education courses from country to local place and school.
