脉宽调制斩波器系统传导电磁干扰研究--时域模型与仿真分析

摘    要:针对脉宽调制(PWM)直流斩波器系统的传导电磁干扰进行时域仿真研究。通过对一实际系统进行实验测试,基于传导电磁干扰(EMI)产生机理的分析,建立了可对系统传导EMI进行仿真研究的时域模型,并且考虑了系统中高频段不可忽视的寄生参数的影响。利用MATLAB软件对实际系统的传导电磁干扰进行了时域仿真研究,通过实验和仿真结果的对比验证了模型的正确性。

Abstract:A new approach for modeling and simulating the conducted electromagnetic interference (EMI) prediction is presented for widely used pulse width modulation of DC/DC chopper systems. An experimental investigation of conducted emission from an actual system is described. Based on the analysis and explanation of the mechanism of the EMI, time domain simulation models for evaluating EMI are developed, allowing for the high frequency effects associated with the stray distributed parameters. The conducted EMI of an actual system is simulated using MATLAB package. The validity of the model is confirmed by a comparison between the tested and simulation results.
