轻烃芳构化催化剂发展现状

摘    要:介绍了国内外催化重整轻烃芳构化催化剂的研究发展状况。以ZSM-5系列催化剂为代表的酸性芳构化催化剂芳烃和液体收率低,引入Zn、Ga、Pt等金属进行改性。以Pt/KL系列催化剂为代表的碱性芳构化催化剂抗硫和再生性能差,引入稀土金属和碱金属对载体进行改性。综述改性过程中的改性机理、制备方法、性能水平及不足之处,还有复合氧化物载体催化剂的优缺点。指出碱性系列和复合氧化物系列催化剂芳构化催化性能好,值得进一步研究。

DEVELOPMENT OF CATALYSTS FOR AROMATIZATION OF LIGHT HYDROCARBON

Abstract:The research and development of catalysts for light hydrocarbon aromatization at home and abroad are introduced. At present, there is the acid aromatized catalyst represented by ZSM-5 series of catalysts. They need to be modified by metals, such as Zn, Ga, Pt and so on, due to their low aromatics and liquid yields. There is also the basic aromatized catalyst represented by Pt/KL series of catalysts. Their carriers need to be modified by introducing rare earth metal and alkali metal due to their poor sulfur resistant and regeneration behaviours. The modification mechanism, the preparation method, the performance and the shortcoming occur during the modification are summarized one by one including the advantage and disadvantage of complex oxide supported catalyst. It is pointed out that the series of basic catalysts and complex oxide catalysts are worthy to be further researched for their good catalytic performance of aromatization.
