摘    要:近年来乙烯装置的能耗水平逐年下降,综合能耗从2003年的725.04kg/t下降至2005年的682·48kg/t。通过化工区整体优化生产运行,对燃料系统和蒸汽系统等进行平衡,减少主要能量工质燃料气、蒸汽、水的损耗;通过对裂解原料的优化,提高乙烯收率,在相同投料量下增加产品产量,从而降低装置的综合能耗。

ENERGY LOSS REDUCTION OF ETHYLENE UNIT BY OPTIMIZING PRODUCTION OPERATION

Abstract:The energy use of ethylene unit has been reducing in recent years, the comprehensive energy consumption was lowered from 725.04 kg/t in 2003 to 682.48 kg/t in 2005. During the work of operation optimization for petrochemical units the fuel and steam systems were balanced, the losses of main mediums, such as fuel gas, steam and water, were reduced. By improving cracked stock, the ethylene yield was increased, more product could be obtained by processing the same amount of stock, thus the general energy consumption was reduced.
