三元复合驱采出液用破乳剂

摘    要:根据破乳机理及三元复合驱采出液的组成及结构特点,设计合成出具有适宜相对分子质量和适宜芳香度的破乳剂,阐述了该破乳剂结构特点及其作用机理。现场试验表明,该破乳剂对三元复合驱采出液具有很好的破乳脱水效果,乳化油含水达到进电脱的要求(低于20%),水中合油低于120mg/L(使传统破乳剂2000mg/L以上),显示三元复合驱采出液用破乳技术取得突破性进展。
