| 摘 要： | 伴随着我国建筑行业的快速发展，工程量清单计价办法得到了广泛的应用。它对规范建筑市场价格机制有着积极的影响。但由于我国建筑市场制度尚不完善，清单报价机制仍有一定的风险。因此，本文简要探讨工程量清单计价的主要风险与防范措施，为建筑企业提供一些参考依据。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of construction indu-stry in China, the engineering quantity list has been widely used, which has a positive effect on the construction market price mechanism. But as a result of Chinese construction mar-ket system is not perfect, and there are stil some risks for listing price mechanism. Therefore, this article discusses the main risks and preventive measures for engineering quantity li-st quotation, so as to provide certain reference for construction enterprises. |
