论房屋建筑施工的防渗漏施工技术

从外墙、屋面以及厨卫三个部位分析了导致房屋建筑渗漏的原因，形成了房屋建筑渗漏机理。之后，针对造成房屋渗漏的主要原因，从具体的施工实践经验出发，提出了对应的防渗漏施工技术，为房屋建筑施工防渗漏工程提供参考。

Discussion on the Construction Technique of Prevent Leakage in Housing Construction

This article analyses the cause of leakage of the building from three aspects： exterior wal , roofing and bathr-oom and kitchen. And then, in view of the main cause of the housing leakage, based on the practical experience of const-ruction, proposes the corresponding construction technique of prevent leakage to provide reference for prevent leakage project.
