| 摘 要： | 本文结合房屋建筑施工工艺的特点，对施工前包括混凝土原材料的质量控制、运输过程，以及施工过程中的混凝土浇筑、养护以及预防混凝土裂缝的控制措施进行了探讨，以此希望为同行业人员提供有意义的借鉴。

| Abstract: | This paper combines with the characteristics of building construction process and discusses the quality control of concrete raw materials, transportation process, and concrete pouring in the construction process, and the control measures of maintenance and prevent concrete crack before the constr-uction, in order to hope to provide a meaningful reference for the same industry personnel. |
