城市综合体的多元价值导向思辨

本文研究了群聚消费与城市综合体开发中多元价值的联系,并选取CCDI悉地国际近年来独立完成以及与境外事务所联合设计的一些独特项目实例,试图归纳和拓展城市综合体多元价值的几条线索,其中包括文化建筑与商业空间的关系、塑造更开放的城市场所、对交通和机动性的考量、对办公功能的再思考、高科技与建筑的互动关系等.这些价值线索的相互叠合,完善了综合体作为城市最大体量开发项目所必须承担的公共责任.

SPECULATION ON DIVERSIFIED VALUES OF URBAN COMPLEX

This article makes a study on the connection between the cluster consumption and diversified values in the development of urban complex. With some unique projects designed by CCDI independently or cooperated with international firms as examples, it tries to conclude and expand a few clues of the diversified values of urban complex, such as the relationship between cultural buildings and commercial space, creation of more open city sites, considerations on the transportation and mobility, rethinking of office functions, and interaction between high-technology and architecture. The integration of the clues improves the public responsibility that the urban complex must take as the biggest urban development projects.
