| 摘 要： | 某项目中商业用地所占的面积比较大，其中就有2万 m^2的地下部分。同时因为使用人员多、建筑功能比较复杂等多种因素，在进行消防设计时有着很多难点。本文结合该项目实例，探讨分析了建筑消防设计中存在的问题。

| Abstract: | A project has large area of land for commercial use, including 20000 m^2 of underground part. Because of a variety of factors of large personnel use, complex construction feat-ures, there are many difficulties in fire protection design. This article bases on the project examples and discusses the existing problems in the building fire protection design. |
