| 摘 要： | 从雷州半岛水资源和经济发展的特点出发，分析了水资源与经济发展的关系及相关问题；从调整产业结构和转变经济增长方式，建设高效节水防污的工业体系，建设高效节水防污的农业体系，水资源统一规划管理，水资源合理配置和建立水权制度六个方面进行了探讨。研究对实现半岛内水资源和经济的协调发展具有现实意义。

| Abstract: | The condition of water resources and environment was analyzed in Leizhou Isthmus. Combined The condition of water resources and environment and corresponding problems, the countermeasures of industrial structure regulation and economic increasing pattern change, industrial and agricultural system construction of high efficiency water saving and sewage water prevention, water resources unified planning and management, water resource reasonable position and establishment of water right institution has been suggested for water resources and environment sustainable development. |
