火力发电厂电力网络计算机监控系统方案设计

摘    要:论述了电力网络计算机监控系统(NCS)的主要设计原则、系统功能和构成,从技术和经济的角度对NCS和常规电力网络监控系统进行了分析与比较。结果表明:与常规电力网络监控系统相比,NCS增加费用不多,但提高了电力网络安全运行的可靠性及自动化水平和运行效率。在NCS方案设计过程中,强调将远动通信功能和自动发电控制(AGC)功能一并予以考虑,这样不但可避免设备的重复设置,减少设备成本和运行维护管理费用,提高系统可靠性,而且使得该系统能适应发电厂竞价上网、经济调度的发展要求。

Abstract:The key designing principles,system function and constitution of the network computerized monitoring and control system(NCS) in fossil fuel power plant are discussed in the paper.NCS and traditional network control system are compared in terms of technology and economy.It is revealed that NCS can greatly improve network reliability,automation level and operation efficiency although it is a little more expensive compared with traditional system.The paper advocates that the function of the RTU and AGC should be included in NCS simultaneously in designing NCS.In this way,it not only reduces the device and operation costs and improves the system reliability but also meets the requirements of power plant bidding for generation and economical electric power dispatch.
