一步法(螺杆旋转式)橡胶注射成型技术研究进展及应用前景

摘    要:介绍了一步法(螺杆旋转式)橡胶注射成型技术的提出原因及所做的各项实验研究,包括在油田螺杆泵橡胶定子及轮胎胶囊中的实验研究以及工业化研究。分析了一步法橡胶注射成型技术的未来发展应用前景。一步法橡胶注射成型技术对于解决传统橡胶注射成型技术注射量小、设备体积大、能耗高、质量较差等方面缺陷有一定的改善作用。

Research and application prospects of one-step (rotary screw type) rubber injection molding technology

Abstract:This paper introduced the proposed reason and all the'experimental studies for the onestep (rotary screw) rubber injection molding technology, including the experimental studies and industrial research of screw pump for oilfield rubber stator and tires capsule. Analyzed future development prospects of one-step rubber injection molding technology. One-step rubber Jniection molding technology has a certain improvement for solving the traditional rubber injecting defects, such as small amount of injection, bulky equipment, high energy-consumption and poor quality.
