深海采矿输送系统参数分析

摘    要:根据软管采矿系统对水力输送设备的要求,研究出储料罐与高压水泵组合输送的水力输送设备,使软管采矿系统在关键技术上取得突破;根据两相流理论,建立了储料罐与高压水泵组合输送的水力输送设备的设计理论,为该种水力输送设备的设计提供了理论依据;根据上述设计理论,对1000m钴结壳采矿中试系统和3000m钴结壳采矿系统的参数进行分析和研究,对储料罐与高压水泵组合输送的水力输送设备的可行性进行了论证。

Abstract:According to the requirement on hydraulic transportation equipment in the flexible pipe mining system, the hydraulic transportation equipment with combined conveyance of material storage tank and high-pressure pump was developed, thus made a break-through on the key techniques of flexible pipe mining system. On the basis of two-phased flow theory, the designing theory of the hydraulic conveyance equipment with combined conveyance of material storage tank and high-pressure pump was established, and provided theoretical basis for the design of this kind of hydraulic conveyance equipment. In the light of the above stated designing theory, analysis and research were carried out upon the parameters of medium trial system of 1000m cobalt incrustations mining and of 3000m cobalt incrustation mining system. The demonstration was carried out on the feasibility of the hydraulic conveyance equipment with combined conveyance of material storage tank and high-pressure pump.
