地铁风机反风方法及装置

摘    要:分析了地铁风机的工作特点及传统反风技术的缺陷,结合地铁风机的结构特征提出了从结构设计入手解决反风问题的方法,并给出了相应的结构方案,从而使得地铁风机在正、反风时都可在最佳效率状态下工作,节能效果显著;该装置操作简便,结构紧凑、合理,占地面积小,特别适用于城市地铁建设,也适用于矿井等需要反风的场合.

Abstract:Operating characteristics of Metro fans and defects of traditional inverting flow methods are analyzed, a new inverting flow method in terms of structure design is proposed with its characteristics considered, and a corresponding structure arrangement is given, so that the fan can be operated in the high efficiency under positive normal or reversible flow conditions, energy-saving effect is remarkable, The device is easy to operate, compact and reasonable in structure, small in occupation area and suitable especially to city metro and also suitable to mine industry.
