CFRP板与混凝土间粘结性能试验

摘    要:设计制作了27个梁试件,测量了以混凝土强度等级和CFRP板粘贴长度为设计参数的CFRP板的应变及测试端CFRP板剥离破坏时的最大荷载。结果表明:混凝土强度等级越高,CFRP板与混凝土间的粘结强度也越高;粘贴长度越长,CFRP板与混凝土间的平均粘结应力越小,当粘贴长度超过有效粘贴长度后,平均粘结强度应以有效粘贴长度计算。CFRP板与混凝土粘结强度模型计算结果与试验结果吻合良好。

Abstract:The strain of CFRP plates and the maximum load when debonding betweem CFRP plates and concrete occur is investigated with 27 specimens,in which concrete intensity and bond length are taken into consideration.Results show that the bond strength enhances along with the concrete strength;average bond stress reduces with the increase of bond length.Bond stress can be calculated by effective bond length if bond length exceed effective bond length.The calculation of the suggested formula of the bond strength betweem CFRP plates and concrete are in good agreement with the test results.
